How do I actually pay?
Inside the conversation. When you hit a Pro tool without access, your assistant returns a checkout link. You pay through Stripe in a browser tab, then ask your assistant the same question again — it picks up the new access automatically. There is no separate VacayCue dashboard to log into.
What is the difference between Pro and a Trip Pass?
Both unlock exactly the same tools. Pro is $12.99 a month and renews until you cancel — right for families who plan several trips a year or like to keep tinkering. A Trip Pass is a single $39.99 payment covering 90 days, which is the natural shape of planning one vacation. If you are unsure, take the Trip Pass.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier and the 3 Pro queries in every new session need no payment details at all — just the one-time authorization when you connect.
What happens if I go over the monthly tool calls?
Free includes 100 tool calls a month and Pro includes 5,000. Ordinary trip planning uses a small fraction of either — a full day-plan workflow is a handful of calls. If you somehow reach the ceiling, your assistant tells you rather than failing silently.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time, and you keep access through the period you already paid for. A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
